EasyOne Terms of Use

These Terms of Use and individual terms related to these Terms of Use (collectively, the "TOS") apply to all individuals or corporations who use the URL shortening service (hereinafter, the "Service") provided by EasyOne (hereinafter, the "Site").
1. Application of TOS

2. Definition of terms
  1. "User" refers to an individual or corporation that has issued a short URL with the Service.
  2. "you" or "your" refers to you, the visitor to the Site, and any other individual or entity that uses the Site.
3. Cautions for use
  1. You shall prepare the necessary communication environment, hardware and software to use the Service at its own responsibility and expense. You shall be responsible for any communication costs associated with the use of the Service.

    • Political and religious activities. However, this shall not apply to those activities expressly permitted by the Site.
  3. Antisocial behavior, illegal activities, and obstruction of business
    • Acts contrary to laws and regulations or public order and morals. Act of contracting, warning, encouraging, or otherwise engaging in any of the foregoing
    • Sexual harassment, stalking, or other harassment of third parties
    • Acts of obstruction of business, such as repetitive repetition of inquiries more than necessary
  4. Act of posting personal information
      Posting of personally identifiable information (e-mail addresses, financial institution account numbers, telephone numbers, detailed addresses, etc.) in locations other than those specified by the Service that are under public view.
  5. Others
    • Acts that damage the copyrights or other rights, reputation, or privacy of the Site, other customers, or third parties
